The Diagnostics and Vaccine Unit (DVU), one of the units under CDT-Africa, is looking to hire a competent Laboratory Technical Assistant who can contribute to the center. The Role of the Technical Assistant The successful applicant will be responsible for assisting scientists and researchers at DVU in conducting various experiments and tests. The applicant will also assist in specimen collection under guidance of the Project Lead Scientist, and CDT-Africa Centre Lead. Our new leading edge manufacturing and bottling facility is located in Cha Cha - Debre Birhan (ደብረ ብርሃን)  PRIMARY PURPOSE The HR Manager at chacha plant will represent the HR Department and work as an internal professional for the assigned unit/district and plays an enabling business support role by providing input across a range of HR issues and delivering high impact HR solutions to meet the business needs for the plant as well the whole company.  The HR Manager assesses and anticipates any human resources-related needs and informs the HR department as well other stakeholders in the company. The HR Manager assists in talent acquisition and development, organization design and HR operations. HR Manager is responsible for supporting recruitment and staffing strategies with special emphasis on creating and maintaining a well-qualified and diverse pool of candidates in a timely and cost effective manner for Rorank Cha Cha plant based departments/units. HR Manager will also be responsible for ensuring all employment practices are managed in accordance with the law and Rorank policies and procedures; maintains proper documentation of each process and prepares periodic reports; performs other related tasks as required.    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES General Support Ø  Support all internal and external HR related inquiries or requests.
