    Represent ACF with external stakeholders

    Work in coordination with the others actors present in the country involved in nutrition & health programs

    You have a strong ability to provide technical support in project proposal development and in conducting needs assessments. You have as well strong skills in capacity-building development.

    Excellent diplomacy, negotiation and representation skills are required thus team management experience.

    Lead process of performance management from the cluster, Regional and Federal levels in connection with annual plans and national targets
    Ensure annual plan and execution is consistent with organization target with over 90% budget utilization rate across region and programs

    Resource Mobilization

    Engage in mobilization of domestic and external resources for the ACC Initiative, including development of project proposals as necessary

    Job Requirements:

    Master's degree or above in Agricultural sciences, Economics, Agribusiness, Business Management, or other relevant fields.
    At least fifteen (15) years professional experience supporting areas such as

    planning and implementation of agricultural growth or

    International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) is looking for a qualified candidate to fill Water and Habitat Engineer I position in the Water and Habitat Engineering Department. Place of work: Addis Ababa with frequent travel to regions.Term of employment: fixed term contract (8 months)Tentative start date: August 01, 2018.Main Tasks• Assessment of the requirement for engineering projects in Prisons in Ethiopia to improve the living conditions of the detainees• Design of engineering projects; water, sanitation, buildings to improve the living condition of detainees, including drawings and bills of quantities• Planning of the implementation of engineering projects, including preparation of tender documents, project planning, organization of the procurement and delivery of construction materials and organization and supervision of construction labour and contractors• Reporting verbally, and in writing and financially on projects under their management• Representing the ICRC in meetings with Prison Authorities and other Government Authorities and with Commercial Companies, International Organisation and Non-Governmental Organisations that the ICRC water and habitat department collaborates with.
    Job Requirements:
    University Degree in Engineering (Civil Preferred)Four years work experience in construction project managementGood managerial, analytical and organisational skillsProficient in use of standard programmes (Word, Excel, AutoCad)Strong communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work effectively and harmoniously with colleagues from varied cultures and professional backgroundsFluent spoken and written skills of the English.language
