    Responsibility: Under direct supervision of the fleet manager, responsible for the vehicle assign to him, ensure transport of ACF Staff and equipment, and ensure the maintenance of the vehicle under his responsibility. 1 : Transport people and equipment under good security conditions: -When transporting ACF employees, respect the country’s circulation rules and follow the logistician’s planning and instructions; -Ensure all staff and expatriate put their security belt; -In case of an accident, immediately get in touch with the closest police station and duly inform the logistics department; -Follow the instructions of the manufacturer and the ACF rules when using the vehicle; -Keep all personal documents as well as those of the vehicle with you and check that they are valid (driving license, insurance Paper, order mission, ACF ID card, ACF charter…); -Fill in the Log book every day according to ACF Kit Log2 Procedures; -Respect ACF security rules. 2 : Ensure maintenance of the vehicle: -Solve minor technical problems; -Inform the logistics department of any major repairs to be carried out; -Carry out daily checks before starting up the motor (oil level; water level ; pressure of the tires); -Wash the car every morning or evening; -Ensure radio communications; -Turn off the HF / VHF Radio when starting the engine; -Note down fuel consumption in the record book in the morning and at the end of the day as well as any information concerning the maintenance of the vehicle; -Wear security boots; -Ensure that the security tool box and first aid kit are complete and on board; -Ensure that there are working fire extinguisher inside the car -Ensure the fuel tank is always half full. -Inform the fleet manager when service is necessary. 3 : Prepare departures to the field: -Inspect and prepare the vehicle the day before departure so as to be on time; -Prepare additional equipment to be brought along according to the record book list; Together with the radio operator needs (fuel, stickers, flags, tools, medical kit); -Ensure the good loading and unloading of the car and tight the goods in an appropriate way; -Know the city plan, especially ACF staff houses, INGOs offices, UN offices … and relevant partners’ offices; -Make sign a discharge letter for none ACF staff. 4 : Behavior and reporting -Wear on a daily basis ACF visibility clothes; -Behave in a respectful way at check point and/or to police officer and/or to military keeping in mind that you are representing ACF; -Report to the Fleet manager any problem encountered on the Road; -Inform the radio room when departing and returning to the office, people on board and final destination .

This project works to support Productive Safety Net Program (PSNP) IV households to improve their sustainable economic well-being, across eight woredas in Oromia. The Labor, Youth, and Gender Manager will provide strategic vision, leadership and technical expertise in leading the activities of one of the key purposes of the LRO scope of work 1) including youth and women and 2) Increasing Income from gainful wage employment The incumbent will have a strong background in livelihood generation with a particular focus on the employment pathway, youth and gender. The Labor, Youth, and Gender Manager work closely with implementing partner Meki Catholic Secretariat in identifying employment opportunities, identifying barriers (especially for youth), making clients employment-ready, and facilitating linkages between clients and employers. In terms of youth and gender, the incumbent will be responsible for the supervising the Youth and Gender Specialist.Education and Experience: MA/BA Degree in Social Sciences, Community Development technical discipline with 5 years’ relevant experience for MA experience for BA degree.Demonstrated experience in employment programming, prefer focusDemonstrated ability to work and coordinate effectively with stakeholders, including national and local government, donor organizations, and the private sectorExcellent verbal and written communication skills in bothEstablished relationship with and/or substantive knowledge Youth, and Gender agribusiness firms, both within Ethiopia Competencies /Knowledge, Ability and Skill: Demonstrated leadership, management, and training capabilityStrong skills in planning and organization, partnershipExperience in working in large scale complex programs, with strong emphasis on poor and vulnerable populationsKnowledge of USAID and USG grant regulations, procedure requirements is preferred.The successful candidate will have exceptional verbal and written skills, and be a strong trainer and facilitator.Previous experience and understanding of Productive Safety and implementation guidelinesHave a strong network of labor and youth expertsFluent in English and Afaan-Oromo (both oral and written)High level of computer literacy Agency-wide Competencies for all CRS positionsThese are rooted in the mission, values, and principles of CRS and used by each staff member to fulfill his or her responsibilities and to achieve the desired results.*Serves with Integrity *Models Stewardship *Cultivates Constructive Relationships *promotes Learning
