Senior Accountant
Helzer Business PLC is a private limited company, is looking for dynamic and talented individuals to fill the Senior Accountant role and grow with the company.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepare, analyze and report weekly, monthly, quarterly and gross margin analysis
Assist in month-end closing, prepare journal entries as necessary, analyze inventory evaluation, inventory roll forward
Prepare collateral reporting
Coordinate with IT department for system issues, maintenance and development such as production, purchasing, import/export, accounts payable, accounts receivable, import/export IT, receiving and shipping
Analyze cost accounting data and assist with cycle count/physical inventories
 Maintain internal control documentation and test internal controls
Prepare detailed account analysis and reconcile sales, cost and inventory, liability accounts by customer type by division
Review and analyze inventory and margin reports, conduct research and perform analytical studies in regards to cost analyses and profitability
Support and assist internal department reporting requirements such as audit schedules, tax schedules and others
Ensure timely submission, accuracy and validity of inventory, gross margin schedules to management
Perform monthly reconciliation of Accounts and
 Any other duty that may be assigned by the managing directors

Job Requirements
Qualification and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance
More than 5 Years of experience
Ability to apply knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles & Cost Accounting Standards
Must be able to adapt to new and different computer programs and software to enable efficient data gathering and analysis
Ability to research, compile, analyze and interpret data
Good written, verbal communication and collaborative skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Office, etc )
Strong organizational and communication skills

Junior Accountant
Helzer business PLC is a private limited company, is looking for dynamic and talented individuals to fill the Junior Accountant role and grow with the company.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare tax return and payment processing (VAT, employee salary payroll, pension and the like) and remit tax on timely manner
Submit all statutory tax payments to government institution on time
Review, up-date, follow-up and inform credit sales of the company. Also solve issues of payment and invoice with customers and suppliers as needed
Maintain inventory database stocks of the company
Contact bank and operating bank procedure
Ability to apply knowledge of government tax regulations and other applicable laws
Organize and maintain proper financial records
Excellent organizational skill, ability to determine priorities and attention to detail
Interact with external auditors in completing audit
Adhere's to organizational ethics
Other duties as assigned by the management.

Job Requirements
Education: 

Bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance or related filed. Advanced diploma could be accepted.
At least 2-year experience for bachelor’s degree holders and minimum of 3 years for advanced diploma holders. For diploma holders COC certificate is mandatory.  

Computer Skills: 

Excellent skills on MS Excel, MS Word and familiarity with basic computer operations. Ability to manage various software of accounting like Peachtree is advantageous.
