    University Degree in Computer or Technical Science or strong IT background.
    Minimum 8 years experience in the IT Discipline.

    Good knowledge on SQL Data Query, Analytics and Visualization using PowerBI

    Position Purpose
    The ideal candidate will serve as strategic People & Culture /HR/ partner in enabling the achievement of People and Culture business plan and targets which are aligned with Company’s strategy specific to Factory Operations. The position is a managerial position reporting to Company’s People & Culture Director. 
    What will you do?
    The position holder is generally expected to perform the following core activities but not limited to: 

    Act as a consultant and a first point of contact for factory management as well as for employees and provide guidance on all issues related to human resources.
    Talent attraction and recruitment for senior and non-senior positions in the respective business unit.
    Mediate and resolve complex employee relations issues, address grievances. Conduct thorough and objective investigations when necessary.
    Execute the performance management process in the respective business unit.
    Support factory management with implementing P&C policies, procedures and regulations.
    Maintain the organizational design and manage staffing plan development in line with business unit’s strategy.
    Support partnership and collaboration with Labor Union.

    Who are we looking for?

    University degree level or equivalent qualification; Preferable HR Qualification.
    5 years generalist HR Experience at advisory level.
    Working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee and union relations, diversity, performance management, and federal and state respective employment laws.
    Advanced knowledge of English (verbal and written), MS Office.
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
