[African Arguments] Ethiopia has broken the stalemate, but several practical and political challenges remain.

[Ethiopian Herald] ADDIS ABABA --The United Arab Emirates pledged a total of 3billon USD aid and investments in Ethiopia as UAE Crown Prince Sheikh Mohamed Zayed arrived in Addis Ababa for official state visit on Friday.

[African Arguments] Ethiopia has made the first move. The next should be for it to put all its detailed concerns on the table.
