    Coordinate the overall planning and implementation of the project
    Coach and supervise Project Officers to be assigned at each target Woreda
    Organize trainings, Workshops and Seminars as per the plan
    Manage the flow and utilization of the project budget
    Prepare regular and progress reports to the funding Partner and other Stakeholders
    Conduct close monitoring and follow up on the implementation and outcomes of the project in the three Woredas
    Document and share the processes and lessons of the project
    Establish and manage effective partnership and collaboration among project Stakeholders

    Qualification: Masters Degree in Public Health, Law, Social Work, Psychology, Sociology or related fields.Experience: Minimum of eight years relevant experience in working on similar or related projects. Experience in NGOs is an advantage.Required Skills:

    Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
    Ability to mobilize and coordinate diverse Stakeholders
    Adequate knowledge and awareness on child protection, reproductive health issues including notional. regional and international policies and frameworks.
    Good command of English and Amharic Languages both speaking and writing. Knowledge of Sidamigna Language is an advantage
    Having motor bike riding license is also an advantage
