Major duties:- ·         Assist the property management officer while  receiving, issuing and  of goods and facilitate the work to   handle timely and   appropriately ·         Facilitate the cleaning work of warehouse area in a programmed manner and ensure to have attractive and suitable working environment. ·         Assist property management officer on segregation and arrangement of goods on the right location and proper manner. ·         Keep a tight control while undertaking of items receiving, Issuing, record keeping and periodic inventory taking. ·         Support the property management officer on clerical works (prepare the Goods Receiving Note and Goods Issue Tickets and record data on Bin cards as required. ·         Be aware and follow security/safety procedures according to rules and regulations of WVE and take appropriate safeguard.
