Additional care is provided based upon assessment of the patient and obtaining historical information.ventilating patients; administering cardiopulmonary resuscitation, including use of automated external defibrillators; providing prehospital emergency medical care of simple and multiple system trauma such as controlling hemorrhage, treatment of shock (hypoperfusion), bandaging wounds,  immobilization of painful, swollen, or deformed extremities, immobilization of painful, swollen, or deformed neck or spine; Put together an initial plan of care to quickly stabilize an individual in distress Communicate clearly and effectively with other first responders and emergency medical staff, and personnel Document medical care given to patients Report patient observations to appropriate medical professionals  Maintains clinical records in line with regulations and standardsInventory, replace, and clean supplies and equipment after usecleans all equipment following appropriate disinfecting procedures, makes careful check of all equipment so that the emergency car or ambulance is ready for the next runmaintains emergency car or ambulance in efficient operating condition ensures that the emergency car or ambulance is clean and washed and kept in a neat orderly condition in accordance with local, state or federal regulations, decontaminates the interior of the vehicle after transport of patient with contagious infection or hazardous materials exposure.Conduct other additional related activities given by supervisor.Report to: Medical Department

[Ethiopian Herald] ADDIS ABABA- Ethiopian Orthodox Church Synod has decided to send three popes to the US in response for the call of the peace committee to solve the schism between spiritual leaders of Orthodox Church inside and outside the country.

Addis Ababa, July 2, 2018 (FBC) - Pope Francis is hailing the “good news” that Ethiopia and Eritrea are willing to discuss peace prospects for what has been one of Africa’s longest-running conflicts.

Francis told the Catholic faithful gathered in St. Peter’s Square on Sunday that “in the midst of so many conflicts, it’s dutiful to point out an initiative that can be called historic.”
Ethiopia’s foreign minister said Thursday that the leaders of the two countries would meet soon.
The countries broke off relations when a border war began in 1998, five years after Eritrea won independence from Ethiopia.
Francis expressed hope that having the governments “speak together of peace” after 20 years would “turn on a light of hope for these two countries in the Horn of Africa and for the entire African continent.”
