In 2019/20 it has involved about 1630 volunteers and it has 74 full time staffs.   Description of the Volunteer    Common Vision for Development Association (CVDA) is a partner with Mekdim Ethiopia National Association (MENA) and Mary Joy in Addis Ababa Administration and Sidam region respectively  to implement the USAID Family focused USAID HIV Prevention, Care and Treatment Services in Addis Ababa , and Sidam region.  The main purpose is to strengthen local HIV epidemic control to achieve 95 percent of individuals living with HIV know their status, 95 percent of persons living with HIV to initiate antiretroviral therapy and 95 percent of antiretroviral therapy clients achieve viral load suppression by 2022/23. Major duty & responsibility include: Facilitate linkage between Community to Health facility and vice versa putting the need and choice of the clients and their families at the center of the required care for linkage (CommCare application will be introduced to enhance referral and linkage services) Case management for PLHIV in the community including recording and reporting using paper based system which later migrate to CommCare applicationBuild capacity of SSWs and CRPs (volunteers) through providing trainings, mentoring and supportive supervisionBuild capacity of community structures (Community Committee (CCs) & Community Care Coalition(CCCs) ) by providing hands on support in planning, implementing and reviewing Community based HIV related activities such as identifying beneficiaries for community based support for linkage to relevant services.   Recording and reporting of community services: will record and report community based care and support activities including electronically through introduction of CommCare application.
