SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES
Plans, directs, coordinates and supervises the activities of the office of Deputy CEO, Strategy & Technology; Follows-up the proper implementation of policies and directives; Follows up the execution of strategic imperatives across the bank; Follows up the proper implementation of technologies, processes, policies and practices designed to protect the bank’s business; Ensures the smooth functioning of IT Services; Ensures the proper management of bank’s electronic medium’s transactions portfolio and relationships; Oversees the activities business units under his/her supervision.
JOB REQUIREMENT

M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Computer Science or MBA or BA in Management or equivalent
For M.Sc., 2 years as Director, Strategy & Technology or equivalent OR 16 years relevant experience in the banking industry of which a minimum of 4 years shall be in managerial position. OR
For B.Sc. /BA, 3 years as Director, Strategy & Technology or equivalent or 21 years relevant experience in the banking industry of which a minimum of 5 years shall be in managerial position.
