ILRI wants to develop a systematic approach to evaluate the potential scalability of its research products and has designed an iterate process for scaling strategy development based on the literature review of existing scaling tools and methodologies.ILRI seeks to recruit a Graduate Fellow, Science of Scaling based in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia with visa sponsorship possible for international applicants. This fellowship will focus on the ‘science of scaling’, working with the Program Leader and other ILRI and CGIAR research program colleagues to Organize scaling assessment workshops, including preparing workshop materials and facilitation as the coordinator Conduct both quantitative and qualitative data collection, analysis and presentation of the results Act as a focal point for specific projects assessing scaling-readiness of innovations piloted by ILRI and partners. Required Qualifications:Education Enrolled in a graduate program (including masters and PhDs) in an accredited university preferably in Economics, International Development, public/business administration, social sciences, technology or related field Experience Demonstrated experience in event management and stakeholder engagement.
