Given the continued growth and future expansion of Dashen Breweries, the following opportunities exist.
 
 
General Description of the Job

Set up and operate a variety of machine tools to produce precision parts and instruments. It includes precision instrument makers who fabricate, modify or repair mechanical instruments.
Fabricate and modify parts to make or repair machine tools or maintain industrial machines parts, lay out and machining procedures as well as shop mathematics.
Machine parts to specifications using machine tools such as lathes, milling machines, grinder, press machine, etc.
Measure, examine, and test completed units in order to detect defects and ensure conformance to specifications using precision instruments such as micro meters.
Set up, adjust and operate all of the machine tools and many specialized or advanced variation tools in order to perform precision machining operation.
Align and secure holding fixtures, catting tools, attachments accessories and material on to machines.
Monitor the feed and speed of machines during the machining process.
Select the appropriate tools, machines and materials to be used in preparation of machinery work.
Lay out, measure and mark metal stock in order to display placement of cuts.
Check work pieces to ensure that they are properly lubricated and cooled
Calculate dimension and tolerances using knowledge of mathematics and instruments such as micrometers and Vernier calipers.

 

 Job Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
Required Qualification

Diploma or Level IV in General Mechanics, Metal Technology or equivalent

Work Experience

At least 1 year of relevant work experience in similar industry.
