Minimum Requirement:
BA or hr above in human resource management or human resource development with a minimum of 3 years experience as training manager, 4 or 5 star hotles experience is advantageous.
Other Required Qualities:
Excellent communication skill, with written & oral in english, coordination ,planning and managing ,proven leadership skills demonstrating results orientation, collaboration,flexibility ,and adaptability.
Efficient ,well organized ,and able to handle  a variety of duties simultaneously.
Exprienc in human resource management is a plus.
