Office Manager
Senselet Food Processing is a start-up company, looking for ambitious, eager-to-learn and talented employees who want to take responsibility and accountability in actively build our company and brands. Senselet is a Dutch-owned company making potato-based snacks and food products for the Ethiopian market and aims to become a leading food processing company. Currently, our modern processing facility, using the latest European processing technology, is located in Tulofa (65 km from Addis Ababa).
Duties and responsibilities Office Operations:
Checks monthly fax and telephone bills and communicate it to Head Finance and Administration Service;
Purchasing and administering stationary and other supplies for office use
Coordinating security and cleaning services
Administering petty cash
Coordinating security and cleaning services
Management support:
Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management
Devising and Maintaining Office system and Data management (Phone directory, capturing business cards etc..)
Organizing meetings, workshops and events.
Taking and administering meeting minutes
Communications:
Preparation of different letters, document etc
Ensure timely collection, prompt distribution, and dispatch of incoming and outgoing letters
Assure confidentiality within the company
Communicate third parties on behalf of the company (letters,
Perform other related duties as required
Organizational structure:
Reporting to: HR manager
Place of work: Addis Ababa
Start date: As soon as possible
Job Requirements
Education and Experience:
B.A degree in Management or Administrative service management
Minimum of 0-1 year of relevant work experience
Technical skills:
Good in Amharic and English (speaking and writing), strong communications skills, basic computer skills, very good planner, strong knowledge on inventory system.
Social skills:
Proven management skills, able to motivate, able to multitask, able to balance various forces, able to adapt and show leadership under challenging circumstances, serious and hard-working, eager to learn, good feedback mentality, result oriented, taking responsibility and accountability.
