We are seeking an Ethiopia national to join Brooke’s Country Representative which is based in Addis Ababa, and will be Brooke’s key representative in Ethiopia. S/he is part of a global programme management team. S/he has responsibility for the leadership of a strategically cost-effective organisation, reflecting Brooke’s brand and delivering programmes that further the achievement of Brooke’s global strategy by increasing our impact; securing funding; delivering quality programme work and demonstrating accountability. In particular the post holder will demonstrate competency and be held accountable for:Strategic leadership of Brooke’s business in Ethiopia Excellent programme deliveryA high performing team that is energetic, diverse, motivated and skilledExcellent communication and representation of the programme across Brooke and to external stakeholders
