BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES: Support the administration & management of the human resources function. Performs secretarial and administrative assistant function in the professional & efficient running  of the Department maintain the human resources information management system(HRIMS), maintain cordial relations with associates, other department and outside contacts in order to achieve and maintain the highest standard of employees satisfaction and professional service at all times and other activities in relation to the employee benefit programs.

8. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: In order to be considered for this position, applicants must possess the    
following minimum qualifications.  Applicants without the below listed qualifications need not apply as they will not be considered in the competitive pool.
EDUCATION:  Degree in Secretarial Science & Office Management, Business Management/Human Resources Management from recognized university/college is required.
EXPERIENCE: Minimum of five years experience as Human resources Administrative Assistant /Office Administration position is required. Knowledge of hotel operation is an asset.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of knowledge, skills, and abilities:


 Must have excellent English languae skills to facilitate effective communication process

Good knowledge of Ethiopian Labor Proclamation; Wage & Salary administration; labor relations

Must possess good computer skills in the Microsoft Office Environment


Ability to work with minimum supervision and handle multiple assignments


Ability to work under pressure in very demanding environment


Effective in handing office management and administrative work and very good customer handling skill
