Participate and assists in formulating the performance procedures and routines related to service delivery unit.Expedites and handles pending communication and partnership business matters of the Society and PNS in organizations having different business affiliation with Society.Receives guests of the Society and PNS books and schedules flights and purchase tickets, process hotel accommodations, provides tour guidance, arranges meeting on arrival, departure and during stay.Answers inquiries of the Society and PNS,s guests relating to hotel, tourist and other local services and amenities.Handle work permit and duty free status processing.Attends to matters relating to passport, travel insurance, Visas, foreign currency and other special travel requirements of the Society’s personnel travelling abroad on businessArranges flight schedule and transport service to the airport for local/ international business purposeAssist and participate in organizing and staging special events and functions. Perform related protocol and liaison duties assigned by the Service Delivery Division Manager and DSG for Support Service.
