The company provides the opportunity for local farmers to supply barely.  Given the continued growth and future expansion the company is looking for a department manager with vibrant track records to join us and become part of this transformation.   Job Summary: The HR Manager reports to the General Manager and responsible for developing, managing, advising on and implementing policies relating to the effective use of human resources within the company and promotes and implements human resource values by planning and managing human resource programs to ensure that the organization employs the right balance of staff in terms of skills and experience, and that training and development opportunities are available to employees to enhance their performance and achieve the company’s business strategies and objectives. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counselling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analysing exit interviews; recommending changes.Maintains a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending, planning, and implementing pay structure revisions.Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counselling employees and supervisors.Maintains employee benefits programs and informs employees of benefits by studying and assessing benefit needs and trends; recommending benefit programs to management.Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the company at hearings.Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.Maintains human resource staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
