VGB would now like to invite a competent and qualified Sales Supervisor who has the energy and drive to bring change in the product marketing activities of the company.Reports To:   Marketing & Sales ManagerJob Summary:Plans, organizes, directs and controls sales on his/her region. Establishes job priorities and prepares work schedules.  Follow up, control and monitor his/her region.  Aim to maximize profits through the development of sales strategies that match customer requirement & product share.Duties and Responsibilities:Achieves maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within an assigned territory by effectively selling the company’s products.Analyzing and investigating price, demand and competitionDevising and presenting ideas, strategies and promotional activitiesCompiling and distributing financial and statistical informationWriting daily visit report and monitor and record sales and agent follow up sheet Arrange daily rout card both and agent sales per with all necessary information  Monitoring performance.Promotes/sells/secures orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.Demonstrates products and services to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting those best suited to their needs.Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organization’s products/services.Makes telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.Follow up of daily delivery Find and covered open in his/her region. Expected market share coverage in his/her region < 90% Researches sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.Develops the resolution of customer problems and complaints.Coordinates sales effort with marketing, production management, accounting, logistics and technical service groups.Analyzes the territory/market’s potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customers’ value to the organization.Creates and manages a customer value plan for existing customers highlighting profile, share and value opportunities.Identifies advantages and compares organization’s products/services.Plans and organizes personal sales strategy by maximizing the Return on Time Investment for the sales segment.Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.Keeps well-organized of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends through marketing and technical service areas.Participates in trade shows and conventions.Find and covered open area in his/her region.  Expected market share coverage in his/her region <90%
