SNNPR, Ethiopia People In Need /PIN Ethiopia Field Officer/Nutrition Loka Abaya and Aleta Chuko, SNNPR   Job Duties: Design IYCF activities (elaborate proposed activities, time schedule, establish the system for M&E) Ensure an excellent working relationship with project team and other stakeholders (including woreda government experts, health extension workers, development agents, health development armies and the target population) Design training modules for target groups of nutritionally vulnerable households Preparation and submission of weekly plan of actions, progressive reports, cash needs, transport request Continuous follow up and observation on project activities at community level and provide necessary technical support to beneficiaries under his/her immediate supervision/control Adhere to all donor’s and PIN’s guidelines and policies Project document – understanding the project narrative, logframe, output table, time table and work plan 3 strong references (will be crosschecked)   Job Requirements B.Sc. Degree in Human Nutrition, Public Health, Public Nutrition or other related fields of study. Above 2 years of experience in the field. Considerable experience of community-based agriculture and nutrition projects (including Positive Deviance Approach or low-cost cooking demonstrations) Excellent analytical, facilitation, team work and interpersonal skills Excellent written communications and experience of producing high quality training guidelines. Strong organizational and project management skills, and ability to deliver within tight deadlines Excellent knowledge of spoken & written Amharic and English. Fluency in local languages (Sidamigna/Gedeoffa) will be an advantage.
