Here is what we are looking for.Basic FunctionResponsible for the implementation / execution of best practices construction and engineering techniques to deliver high quality investment facilities for all Company owned assets and as required by the customers through effective administration of third party contracts.   Ensure sound observance of Safety and Controls in all activities/processes at Terminals, Aviation, Retail & Commercial businesses.Principal Accountabilities:Ensure sound project management principles are applied in the design, selection, and specification, drawings for major projects execution.Responsible for the Management of Capital Project from start to completion in timely & cost-effective mannerProvides leadership in project management for the engineering teamDrive sound project management processes; including facilitating project scope development, reviews, approvals, preparation of bidding documents, equipment selection implementation, scheduling, commissioning and hand over.Project planning, scope development and scheduling; coordinate Project reviews and approval through all required stages.Management of Project Implementation and Commissioning, and follow-up capitalization of expenses in WIP. Review and approve design Management of project expenditure and other required project close out documentationReview equipment specification and selectionReview and approve payments within the Authority
