Summary of Job Function:  To design, implement, and supervise initiatives promoting the innovation of green technologies and sustainable enterprises Roles and Responsibilities: 1.      To develop and implement initiatives that promote the innovation and wide dissemination of green technologies 2.      To design and implement programs that support emergence of sustainable social enterprises 3.      To craft and implement programs that facilitate the production and trade of environmental good and services 4.      Write grant applications; 5.      To develop and monitor overall marketing and public relations strategies; 6.      To present budgets of the department to top management and to manage expenditures, overseeing the procurement of equipment, materials and services; 7.      To prepare management reports and presents to the Director; 8.      To devise and implement departmental strategic plan   9.      To manage and lead colleagues within the department 10.  To perform other related tasks as required.
