Key responsibility Adhering to safety rules, hygiene, and behavior at all areas and in all the Operation rooms. Following the assigned schedules and carry on activities accordingly. Maintaining all records in their appropriate formats and logbook Assembling and dissembling of the machine per instruction from line manager. Cleaning and adhering to housekeeping of machineries and the surrounding area. Ensuring the cleaning processes have been carried out properly as per the instructions given from team leader. Adhering to the planned performance of the machine you are assigned for. Ensuring proper registration of down time has been carried out. Ensuring periodical maintenance has been carried out as per the schedule and Quick fixing of machinery. Following a close communication with integrated departments for the successful operation of the plant. Making sure proper shift hand over is carried out with good housekeeping. Maintaining no authorized personnel's in assigned area of work. Reporting any operating or mechanical faults or issues to production Shift Leaders or concerned departments. Performing barley fine-cleaning and under sieve quality tests. Conducting moisture, hydration index and chit count tests during steeping stage. Performing moisture, chit count, acrospires length and homogeneity tests for green malt. Ensuring adherence to processes, procedures, and directions of FS and QMS. Recording inputs to achieve the Energy targets and reporting to the concerned Department. Ensures if all inputs and/or chemicals of the utility plants are available in adequate quantity and quality; report if there is any deviation in any of the parameters. Operate the boiler and check the proper distribution of the steam to the area requiring it as per the pre-set pressure and temperature. Ensure that the operation is economical and effective. Checks whether all chemical dosing units are functional and operational; prepare daily reports on plant operations and controls. erform maintenance & repair works if any malfunction or unusual operation in any of the utility machineries/equipment is detected; attends and records output reading every hour as per the template provided.
