1. Job Summary
To facilitate, monitor and ensure that the organization is conducting its business in full compliance with all national, international legislation, as well as professional standards, accepted business practices, and Castel Group’s standards to deliver good organizational outcomes, to oversee the risk management framework that provides operational protection of organizational systems and services through the provision of control.
2. Main Duties and Responsibilities
Direct internal investigations, assess and develop risk management strategies to ensure compliance.
Design and monitor control systems to deal with violations of legal rules and internal policies.
Monitor and ensure that the organization is conducting its business in full compliance with all national, international legislation, as well as professional standards, accepted business practices, and Castel Group’s standards to deliver good organizational outcomes.
To support the enforcement of compliance regulations in all aspects and provide guidance and facilitate staff development.
Identify compliance issues and necessary training and create awareness.
Reporting on compliance to the Group
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the line manager.
3. Job Requirements
3.1 Education
Bachelor’s degree in business management, legal studies, business administration, project manage
Additional certifications in the field of compliance and administration are a bonus.
3.2 Experience
3 years of experience in a professional setting, particularly in the realm of compliance.
3.4 Language
