Our company, helzer business plc, invites the applications from qualified, experienced and career oriented individual for the management of its 10 story building which consists of shops, office spaces and guest houses.
Job Description / Responsibility:
Controls the direction of the company
Directs and supervises the activities of staff
Implements company policies
Delegates duties among staff members
Maintains budgets for managed entity as well as the individual projects it takes on
Monitors costs against budget
Makes key decisions for managed entity
Creates initiatives to take advantage of market opportunities, reduce operational threats, forestall business risks, and maximizes core strengths
Identifies core competencies and defines operational goals
Decides budgets for all departments
Oversees employment and ensures there are enough staff (and the right people)
Manages senior managers
Generates new business and gives approval of new projects
Responsible for day-to-day decisions
Identifies risks and ensures appropriate strategies are in place
Ensures the correct practices are being met
Attends board meetings and other presentations
Maintaining a dialogue between shareholders and the board
Assuming full accountability for the board for all company operations
Drives profitability of the business
Job Requirements
Qualification,Educational and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in the field of business management is required
Any additional professional qualification/certification or certified Training course in a related discipline shall be considered as added advantage
Minimum 5-10 years experiences
Excellent in speaking and writing English.
Good knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel & Internet
Very good analytical skill.
Reporting skills.
Able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines as well as be able to manage your own time effectively
