Action For Development (AFD), an Ethiopian Residents Charity has the following vacancyPosition: IT & Communications OfficerJob summary: The IT & Communications Officer is primarily tasked with the provision of ICT support to employees in the various work units of the organization. He/she Iiaises with Internet Service Providers for better service delivery: manages the LAN of the organization, manages & updates the website of the organization; participates in the design & production of various communication materials such as posters, brochures, reports, videos, & the like: documentation achievements & learnings.Qualification: BSc degree in IT Computer Science or related fields. Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, in Design, Illustrator, Publisher, Adobe Premier, Ulead, etc.. advantageous.Experience: At least 2 years experience in such areas as CT support web site management, documentation, editing & production of development communication materials.Quantity: OneDuty Station: Addis Ababa with occasional field travel.Salary: As per the organization’s scaleTerms of employment: One year contract/renewable
