To receive life-link and respective operation numbers of arriving commodities and makes all necessary warehouse preparations and guiding the warehouse keepersTo oversee the commodities stored in different warehouses the average amount 20,000Mt with the value of 10,860,872 USD.To follow up the warehouse management issues (cleanliness, safety and fulfillment of necessary facilities)To follow up the proper receiving and dispatching of CRS/ ET’s food commodities incompliance to CRS procedure and compiling respective daily reportsTo coordinate the Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly commodity count for each warehousesTo closely follow up on the warehouse safety and security.To supervise the activities of the warehouse keepers including their performance and to oversee the service delivered by the outsourced cleaning and security companies
Typical Background, Experience & Requirements:Education and Experience:
College Diploma in a relevant field3 years of relevant experience is requiredExcellent knowledge of materials management and inventory control principles regulationsExcellent knowledge of reordering principlesExcellent knowledge of CRS/ET’s stock control rules andAbility to carry out physical count of stock items Ability to monitor stock movementAbility to reconcile stock cardsSkill in implementing control proceduresSkill in the use of computer and S/W related to the job
