PSI/Ethiopia is an innovative network member of PSI with a team of more than 140 people passionate about marketing and dedicated to serving Sara! Since 2003, we have marketed products and led programs to prevent HIV, improve reproductive health including access to modern contraception for the 15-19 years old adolescents, and improve child health. We market condoms and increase condom use among people most at risk of HIV. We increase access to clean water by selling Wuha Agar, a water disinfectant. At PSI/Ethiopia we do more than simply provide products and services, we seek to create true change by making markets work for the poor to increase the use of critical health products and services that are available, affordable, and desirable to the most vulnerable Ethiopian people. We design solution with and for SARA using Human Centered Design and put our end users at the center. We are looking for an energetic Field Program Implementation Sr. Manager who can lead regional level implementation of PSI programs’ implementation in the regions including USAID HIV Services for Key and Priority population (HSKPP), Transform/WASH, Adolescent 360, ASRH, NCD and Marketing initiatives. Your contribution Under the supervision of the Deputy Country Representative you will: Manage bottom-up Field Implementation and capacity building across regions and area program teams ensuring that area offices and partners achieve deliverables. Supervise and ensure quality assurance in delivering results in close collaboration with the Central QA/QI team and standards (Programmatic and operational Excellence of psi initiatives from Field perspective). Manage Field Team using PSI’s Performance and Learning Standards, Mentorship/Coaching, Delegation, Priority Setting, Technical Assistance to rollout technical and operational guidance. Manage area program offices, approving cost effective operating budgets and ensuring compliance at all times with PSI, donor and GoE policies, rules and regulations. Ensure evidence-based Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL), project specific M&E Log Frames and Data to Action (D2A) are rolled out and adhered (MEL). Facilitate effective and regular communication and coordination across regions and with central teams to deliver standardized approaches where possible, building cross-regional capacity and cost effectiveness for increased program scale, intensity and impact. Represent PSI regional program implementation at PSI central office, Donors in the Field and key stakeholders. Contribute to high level fundraising efforts for cost share, to improve relevance and to maximize health impact.Contribute to PSI/E systems strengthening and platform strategic planning and Platform Goals.
