We are looking for a WASH Business Advisor who is motivated, energetic and innovative business, sales and marketing professional who is capable to create a new market or make existing market works for WASH products and services in rural and pre-urban locations in the country. Your contribution You will work under the supervision of the WASH Business Development Manager, in close collaboration with the Transform WASH team. More specifically, you will: Handle assigned tasks related to WASH business development, market assessment, product development activities, business model and Social franchise replication model development activities in the respective region.Represents the Growth through Nutrition Project in the respective region as a liaison with local administration and other stakeholders of the project.Takes part in the development of entrepreneurs’ selection criteria and undertake the actual selection of entrepreneurs.Provide on the job coaching and business development services to network WASH Service Centers and operators to support implementation of business and sales models. Provide sales and other business skills training, followed by continued supportive supervision to different actors involved in WASH product and service businesses.Participate in establishment of public private partnership in each WASH business partners’ base woreda and ensure the biannual meeting take place as per the schedule.Assess needs, opportunities, gaps and constraints for accessing finance for consumers and entrepreneurs.Engage with relevant government/local partners to effectively foster coordination and partnerships with private sector partners/stakeholders.Provide regular, concise reporting on program activities, including document and sharing key learning on the potential to scale identified business models with a private sector perspective.Achieve performance level targets of project and contribute to a sustainable PSI/E business endeavor in WASH.Responsible to analyze, develop business models relevant to WASH business players including franchise/total solution providers.Report the project performance on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis  Your KPIs Create new market or making existing markets work for WASH products and services.Develop new entrepreneurs.Meet sales targets for various WASH products and services.Ensure profitability and sustainability of WASH businesses for WASH business partners.
