Job Summary：
Responsible for the company's network and database maintenance and upgrading, and maintenance of office, downloading equipment, ensure the company's network and data Safety, be responsible for the overall software download, and provide a good network environment for the company and office equipment technical support.
 
Work Detail:




 
1. Participate in the formulation and planning company information and development , be responsible for the daily maintenance of computer network system and management;
2.Responsible for the system hardware and software research, installation, upgrade and maintenance;
3. Responsible for the management of the software versions，（windows, office）;
4. Responsible for leading the daily download work arrangement；
5.Responsible for leading factory network installation, distribution, maintenance and management；
6. Responsible for computer network, the enterprise communications lines, the safe operation of the server and data backup;
7. Responsible for any internet problems to solve with internal and external related
8. Assist each department for data backup and data archiving;
9. Responsible for office equipment installation, maintenance and repair work;
10. Responsible for system and network abnormal analysis and processing, to take active measures to cope;
11.  Responsible for daily data entry and database maintenance counter, counting optimize production tools; like scan computers update and make Shure the selection is correct
12. Responsible for production validation of software tools and tracking.
13. Responsible for the maintenance of the IMEI database, keep , and send shipment information;
14. Complete other task order assigned by leaders;


Job Requirements:




Education/Experience
Education:  BSc in Software Engineering, Computer and Electrical Engineering, IT and Related Fields.
Experience:  at least 1-year working experience in technical support of network and computer maintenance, familiar with the operation of the database.
Skills
 
1. Has strong ability of analysis and understanding;
2. Solve the computer, printer, scan machine ,software problem timely;
3. Has the ability  to construct new company network;
4. Able to skillfully use database;
5. Spirit, a high sense of responsibility and execution;
 
6. Good at coordination and communication, the sense of responsibility and ambition;
7. A capable and dependable
8. Good professional dedication and professional ethics, has a strong appeal and cohesion
9. Good communication Skill both in English and Amharic languages
