Action for Social Development and Environmental Protection Organization (ASDEPO) is an Ethiopian indigenous, “Civil Society Organization” established in 2014. ASDEPO is mandated to operate in all regional states of the country and is engaged indifferent thematic program areas of intervention namely: Humanitarian Response, Education, Health/HIV and AIDS/RH, Women and Youth Economic Empowerment, Gender Based Violence and Child Protection, Migration/Human Trafficking, Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (Wash), NTD’s Climate Change, Agriculture, Environmental Protection and Training in Gambella, Oromia, Amhara, Benishangul Gumuz, Afar, SNNPR and Somali Region. Introduction The MHNT Nurse/Midwife will be responsible to provide Mobile Health and Nutrition services in the assigned Sibu Sire Woreda. S/He will mainly be responsible for the daily implementation of the nutritional screening, medical consultation, outreach EPI, health education, provide technical support to HEW and other assigned task by organization. She/He will be responsible for the daily implementation of mobile health and nutrition services package and ensure the availability of medicines, equipment and supply managements. Key responsibilities Provide basic health and nutrition services including community medical consultation, ANC, safe motherhood, emergency services, referral, health education, EPI and support community health and nutrition activities in health facilities and returnees sites.Facilitate essential drugs, supplies and therapeutic products for the team and the selected health facilities.Participate capacity building training, in health education sessions and community health day activities.Provide basic preventive health care at community level with emphasis health immunization health and nutrition services.Ensure pregnant and lactating mothers receive appropriate care and services in the Outreach and health facilities.Mentoring and provide technical support to HEW in community level activities.Strengthening referral system and linkage between services and with the health facilitiesCompile weekly, monthly, quarterly reports and submit to MMHT team leader.Coordinate and facilitate implementation of mobile health and nutrition activities, Category: Health Work Location: Sibu Sire Woreda,East Wollega Zone,Oromiya Region Career Level: Senior-Level (5+ years’ experience) Employment Type: Contract Contract duration: 12 month Required Number: 1
