LonAdd HR Consultancy Plc (www.lonadd.com), Recruitment & Outsourcing Company will be working on behalf of an International Client in the recruitment process of suitable & knowledgeable candidate, as per our Clients specific requirements stated below:

Location: Modjo
Start Date: ASAP
Job Purpose:
To have effective manpower planning and ensure availability of the people for all functions.
Key functions
To source & recruit right people.
To conduct Induction program of all new joinees.
To conduct training on various topics in line with job requirement
To prepare employee development plan and implement the same
To conduct periodical employee performance reviews
To formulate and execute various employee policies.
To fulfill Statutory Compliances under various labour/employee laws.
To have effective liaison with Government/ Social authorities
To ensure discipline & harmonious Industrial Relations
To ensure proper Security/ Canteen/Housekeeping/Transportation services, etc and other administrative function.
To monitor HR effectiveness through various parameters.
Qualifications & experience:
MA Degree in Human resource Management, Business Administration, Management, and related field of study, and at least 10 Years of Experience in a manufacturing organization of repute.
BA Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management and related field of study at least 12 years of experience in a manufacturing organization of repute.
Knowledge and Skills
The candidate need to have an in depth knowledge of Ethiopian labor law & HR practices.
Excellent communication and team building skills.
Very good communication in English, Amharic & regional local language
Computer Knowledge, Ms. Word, Excel, Spreadsheet and all operating Systems.
