Fassilo was founded 40 years back and has been in the forefront of our sector.We are now looking for a sales and marketing manager responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in the assigned market. Staffs and directs a sales team and provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values, and is also expected to assist the management of the company in designing and implementing its marketing strategies.Your primary responsibilitiesResponsible for the performance and development of the sales team membersManages the sales activity of the company’s current products and services and subsequent company expansion services through all channels: showrooms, tenders, outbound salesUnderstand the specific needs of potential branches at different locations, propose and activate such branch officesBuild an effective communication internal as well as external towards clientsProvides timely feedback and report regarding sales performanceDesired personal attributes that will likely make you successful in this position:Genuine interest for design and its impact on people's living and working conditions and work to improve these conditionsEnjoy and flourish around helping customers find solutionsLearn and develop in your capacity, be it marketing, or your knowledge in furniture based solutionsCommon sense as your departing point, critical thinking, ambition and commitment
