Purpose of the Job To support the continued growth and efficient financing decision-making by designing robust collateral valuations based on the banks prevailing financing policy, procedure, Valuation manuals and supervisory authority directives and relevant laws of the country.Main Duties and Responsibilities:·         Ensure collateral property documents are collected/presented as per the manual·         Observes, measures take pictures (both photograph and video as appropriate) and other data of collateral properties·         Interprets the data, estimate the value of collateral, and produces collateral estimation result reports·         Provide technical advice on discrepancies observed and justifies variation on estimated values of properties offered as collateral·         Shall estimate using the rule of thumb when the customer has a stock of construction materials on project sites and requests valuation of the materials on site for those measurable items using the provided legal documents (like purchase invoice) against the materials and put a remark on the estimation report stating that the material is a rough estimation. ·         Check the number of major items of works against the presented document during the estimation of under construction building (rough check)
