Job Outline To effectively respond to all customer product support inquiries and promptly process parts orders To effectively execute the territory sales plan, championing customer success and meeting the sales target through the sales of Kerchanshe Equipment products and services within their assigned product portfolio and customer territory. Liaise with prospects and customers via phone and proactively ensure customer coverage in assigned territory. Deliver sales revenue targets as agreed with Product Support Sales Manager.Receive parts orders by phone. Effectively respond to all customer product support inquiries and promptly process parts orders.Develop and rebuild relationships (CRM) with customers.Liaise with prospects and customers via phone and proactively ensure customer coverage in assigned territory. Deliver sales revenue targets as agreed with Product Support Sales ManagerReceive customers at the parts counter. Accurately and promptly reference all parts inquiries.Identify key commercial opportunities through ongoing communication with customers in the assigned territory to deliver revenue targets. Build long-term relationships with customers through regular customer contact to ensure the maximization of all revenue-generating opportunities Develop a clear understanding of customers’ business challenges and needs; build relationships with customers, log calls on SalesForce, and follow up on all leads. To participate in quotations preparation To present relevant technical publications as appropriate To provide the weekly pre-call plan and report daily activities and refers any difficulties/challenges to the supervisor for action.To assist with the solution and resolution of customer complaints/problemsTo perform any other related duties as required by product support sales management.
