Job Outline  Offering 1st line HR and Admin related advice/support to employees across a full range of HR and Admin issues including recruitment, performance management, absence management, and administration of company benefits, insurance, and medical schemes.Recruitment - Coordinates the recruitment process, arranging advertising, liaising with agencies, and shortlisting candidates.  Interviews and arranges company inductions.  1st line interviewer for non-management roles.  Helps and supports HR and Admin Manager in the administration of senior posts. Preparation of contracts and offer letters.Payroll - Prepare payroll inputs and submit monthly payroll inputs to the finance department on or before the agreed submission deadline.   Employment Law - Provides basic advice, support, and training to staff on HR policies and procedures. Advises staff on changes to Handbook and policies.Performance Management - Administrator of annual performance reviews - reporting development needs, and performance management requirements to the HR and Admin Manager for action.Reports - Preparation of monthly HR reports and other reports requested by managers.Staff Forum - Responsible for producing minutes from the staff forum meeting, and facilitating the arrangements for long service awards and staff functions.Medical/Pension/ Insurance - Administrator of company medical, insurance, and pension schemes in making sure that the renewals are forwarded for authorization at the appropriate time. Maintaining records of starters and leavers from the schemes.Expats Management - Coordinates the relocation of expatriate employees and is in charge of finding them accommodation and transportation, processing their work permits and IDs, and taking care of any other needs they may have so they may settle in quickly and teaches expatriates about cultural awareness.Facilities - Supervise and monitors all sub-contractors, contract staff, and staff (cleaning & security) responsible for the implementation of maintenance program to maintain facilities to high standards in collaboration with the General Service Supervisor.
