Finance and Administration Manager Required: 1Duty Station: Addis AbabaSalary: As per the Organization’s salary scaleReports to: Executive DirectorDuration: One year with possibility for extensionOverall Responsibility: He/she will be responsible for overall management of the financial and human resources management of the organization and effective implementation of policies and procedures pertinent to financial and human resource and other properties of, the organization.Qualification and Work Experience: BA/BSc or MA/MSc degree in Finance and Accounting, business management, economics or relevant field. A minimum of six years for MA/MSc and 8 years for BA/BSc. NGO experience directly related to financial management or accountancy is advantageous. Knowledge of USAID funded projects is highly advantageous.2. Junior Project Accountant Required: 2Duty Station: Olenchity and Dire DawaSalary: As per the organization’s salary scaleReports to: Program ManagerDuration: five months with possibility for extensionOverall Responsibility: Under the direct supervision of the Program Manager, the Junior Accountant will be responsible for the design, development, implementation and maintenance of an effective financial system as well as effective and efficient utilization of project resources. S/he is responsible to ensure proper implementation and adherence to organizational policies and procedures, donor and Government rules and regulations.Qualification and Work Experience: Minimum of Diploma/BA degree in accounting with at least two years of relevant work experience in areas of financial and grant management.Pro Pride is an equal opportunity employer.
