The job posting of Warehouse Supervisor will be at our Ethiopian farm in Bahirdar, Wegelsa Kebele, 20km from the town.Tasks and work description: Issue necessary fertilizers Monitoring measurement and mixing of fertilizers, quantity and type.Checking EC and PH of the field, borehole and the field.Checking that fertilizers are mixed according to the company mix standard and completely without any remainingMeasure EC and PH of the field, borehole and Reservoir. Submit reports of EC, PH and rainfall to the administration office on time.Communicate with the superior when the PH and EC is below the company standard.Making Fertilization program according to plants condition and stage.Check Fertigation pumps, borehole pump and computers are working properly.Check field Moisture is good and drip line discharge is enough and if not take proper action.Check Electrical part of the pump house.Maintain when fertigation lines are broken and when parts are needed order on time. Make report of daily fertigationCheck fertilizers and acids stock in the store and when needed work on the order together with store manager. Make sure fertilizers are mixed with the right amount and type during top dressing.Make sure all beds are covered properly during top dressing.Help maintenance team when there is serious problem in the electrical boards.Supervise assistant supervisors. Work with farm administration on human resource related issues.Make sure all empty fertilizer bags and acid containers are returned to the store.Make sure workers used proper personal protective equipment during mixing of fertilizers and acid.Make schedule to clean irrigation pipes and drip lines.Overseeing the General hygiene of the pump house.Work Place: Bahirdar Type of contract: Permanent Area: Production Department: Production
