Other relevant documents.Duties and responsibilities: • Capable to monitor, lead, train and manage the outdoor and tender sales team. • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team. • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the Company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence. • Develop effective sales strategies to increase company sales. • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them, understanding their needs, and assuring a well-coordinated workflow. • Liaise with existing team members, managers, and clients in order to achieve set goals. • Ensure that the overall day-to-day operations within the division run smoothly. • Observing, analyzing, and offering suggestions on existing operations and drawing up improvement plans whenever necessary. • Work in product development through researching, developing and modifying products to meet customers' technical requirements and needs. • Coordinate with Department Managers to ensure smooth flow of information and timely deliveries of requirements.
