Title: Program ManagerThe Program Manager will have the responsibility of defining, managing and executing cross-functional programs in coordination with key stakeholders in the organization, as well as ensuring the overall success of the program. The ideal candidate must have strong organizational skills and the ability to balance multiple project demands simultaneously. He/She should be able to take the required steps to minimize risks and ensure program success and deliver preparedness through good governance. The individual must exhibit great leadership qualities in motivating and managing a team to meet program objectives and possess exceptional collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills. Responsibilities:Define program objectives, goals, and deliverables that align with the company’s strategic visionDevelop and maintain program plans, budgets, and timelines, while ensuring alignment with overall company targetsIdentify and manage program risks, issues, dependencies, and resourcing needsFacilitate cross-functional communication, collaboration, and alignment to ensure program successMonitor program progress, report on status, and provide recommendations to senior leadershipManage program budget, ensuring financial performance meets or exceeds targetsDevelop and manage program governance, including setting up program structure, processes, and toolsSupport program implementation, change management, and process improvementsEnsure compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and company policies
