The Role of The Senior Sales Agent (Regional) Contributes to the success by ensuring sales volume is optimized in the area of assignment. Bahirdar Diredawa Hawassa ArbaminchMekele Duties of the Position include: Motivating a team of sales agentsCoaching sales agents and develops their potentialMaking sure the shop always looks the standard set by the Company (e.g. visual displays) Gets to know customers to champion safer betting at all timesTakes care of opening and closing in the Company’s shopsRepresent employer and provide information regarding products offered by the company to current and potential clients. Find and acquire new customers.Prioritize daily sales activities.Respond to product and company related questions; respond to sales inquiries and concerns.Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships; take feedback from customers so their opinions can be used to further improve the product. Monitor competitors and market conditions.Maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports.Making sure that the shop hits its targetsPerforms other related duties as required.Analysing potential strategic partner relationships for company marketing.Perform any other assignments assigned by the manager.
