EthioChicken is an Ethiopian based company.OUR VISIONOur vision is to provide one chicken per person per year through smallholder farmers.OUR PURPOSEOur purpose is making farmers of Ethiopia healthier and wealthier.Administrative Officer Key FunctionsAssist the Human Resources department in administrative tasksEnsure an attractive, pleasant and neat reception area that is maintained at all timesUpdate calendars and schedule meetings/appointmentsProcess payments for flight tickets and hotel accommodationsOrganize workshops and meetingsAnswer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when neededReceive and sort mail/deliveries/couriersArrange flight booking, vehicle rental and accommodations for staff and guests. Settle payments accordinglyFollow up stationary acquisitionEnsure printing paper and cartridge is ready for internal usersEnsure the functionality of common printers & photocopyDesign a filling system or maintain a case file for all government, non-government and any communicationsEnsure all documents are kept in a way to be retrieved easily and timelyAssist the HR Department in organizing and scheduling interviewsWrite different correspondences to government and non-government organizationsSend out visa invitation letters for EthioChicken visitor’s coming from outside EthiopiaAssist the Senior Leadership Team in administrative related issuesWork with the government in processing immigration, work permit, residence ID issues in relation to expatriates and othersRenew valuable business documents like business license, etc...Oversee upkeep and organization of office environmentAssist all department on other secretarial activitiesPerform other relevant duties as requested
