JOB PURPOSE Selling property and real estate investment opportunities developed by Eagle Hills as per policies, procedures, guidelines, branding and property requirements. Project the brand image with high level client management. Achieve sales as determined by approved sales targets KEY Responsibilities · Achieve sales as determined by approved sales targets · Execute sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability. · Deliver action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects. · Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets. · Provide timely feedback to sales manager regarding performance. · Consistent research on competition pricing & activities. · Assist Account Executives in preparation of proposals and presentations. · Weekly reporting of sales activities · Achieve sales target · Will be responsible for selling across properties to investors. · Source potential investors and establish/maintain a good work relationship. · Advice and discuss various opportunities of property services. · Attend to inquiries from any walk-in clients. · Build awareness and knowledge of the property market. · Creating data base of potential customers and targeting new markets in order to identify new target groups · Communicate with other Sales team members and Post Sales point of contact to ensure strong coordination of assigned leads · Provide mentorship to other Property Advisors · Ensure extensive product knowledge · Keep up to date with market trends · Providing innovative ideas and selling strategies in order to achieve required goals · Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices · Manage the client from initiation until closure · Provide strong opening, follow up and assertive enthusiasm in customer relationship management · Prompt answering of inquiry of every client. · Maintaining relationships with present and future customers · Sending out details of new properties on the market to potential customers · Daily update of assigned leads · Daily phone calls with leads and clients · Daily meeting at the office with leads and clients
