JOB SUMMARY  Under the direct supervision of the Marketing Manager and in collaboration with other departments of the organization,   the job holder contributes for the effective execution of organizational mission by developing and implementing robust marketing .DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Facilitate calls to prospective leads; schedule and follow through on calls with leads and current  customers Proactively engage and manage sales relationship, more over periodically revising service contract agreement , Assuring delivering of excellent customer service,Answer all lead and customer questions accurately; prioritize and/or escalate lead and customer questions and complains as needed  Develop strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a team  Develops strong relation with customers,Track all appointments, sales, complaints, status reports, etc. thoroughly for manager reviewPerforming other marketing and sales oriented responsibilities offered by immediate supervisor   No required: 4 (Four)
