Purpose:Quality control Inspectors are responsible for controlling the process of BCL operation to ensure the Quality meets with JTI standards. In addition, they are responsible to inspect and test the quality of stem and lamina products. Moreover, Quality control inspectors collect samples and prepare composite samples to dispatch to ETP1 for the purpose of stem and lamina determination, CAS1, CAS3, chemical tests and moisture cross-checking determination.Main Areas of Responsibility:Sample collectionSample collection during the production process for stem and lamina, CAS1, CAS3, Moisture, chemical test and moisture cross-checking determination.Samples preparation and dispatchingComposite sample preparation for stem, lamina, CAS1, CAS3, chemical test and moisture cross-checking determination. Sample dispatching to ETP1 for stem, lamina, CAS1, CAS3, chemical test and moisture cross-checking determination.Quality Equipment OperationButt cut length measurement in BCL operation feeding line and give appropriate feedback to operator to maintain the quality in the BCL process. Grinding samples for moisture and chemical tests.Moisture measurement using Halogen Analyzer, recording results, giving feedback to operators, and following up the stability of the process.Moisture test for lamina and long stem production.Temperature measurement of the lamina and long stem products.OBJ measurementQuality equipment handling and calibration.Proper cleaning of quality measuring equipment (QME) for the safety of the equipment.Proper handling of equipment accessories, operational manuals, guidelines, and work instructions.Follow-up of laboratory equipment of handling, functioning and reporting in case of any maintenance needed during failure.Calibration of equipment's such as scale, thermometer laser, halogen analyzer, and others timely.Other Perform various tasks and issues as they arise and upon by supervisor’s request.
