Scope of The Training HelpAge International Ethiopia Programme is planning to provide staff capacity building trainings in various topics between tentatively either from March 1-4, 2023, or March 6-09, 2023. Hence, we are requesting proposals from licensed consulting firms to provide a four-day training (two days each concurrently in two separate rooms) on Project cycle management, Leadership and problem-solving skills, Personal Development and Humanitarian Inclusion standards.The training will be conducted in Addis Ababa, in a conducive environment (hotel) where HelpAge will be covering all accommodation, meals, and per diem of the trainees and the consultant will be in charge of providing only the deliverables (professional service). Expected Outputs and Deliverables Conduct pre-training and post-training evaluations of the training and include the results in the main report.Training outline and contents, power point presentations, Prepare and submit final report at the end of the training along with the training materials.
