Job Description:Plan and execute training on Vehicle maintenance as per the approved curriculumLead team and participate on Emergency Vehicle Maintenance as per our customers requestTravel to different areas to conduct the service and maintenance of customers vehicles in their siteBased on the plan of college, training objectives and individual plan, s/he organizes all the resources needed for effective implementation of the projectConduct both practical and theoretical training sessionsConduct assessment of competencies of trainees regularlyPerform repair and maintenance of customers vehiclesPrepare specification of spare parts & lubricants to be used for vehicle service & maintenanceOversee the service and maintenance of both project and customers vehiclesReport progress of trainees and assessment result of each unit of competencies and upon completion of each training schedulePrepares individual work plan and performance reportParticipate in participatory planning at the department levelParticipates in departmental team work and self-development programTakes responsibility for safe use and handling of training center property under his/her custodyComply with college and organizational wide  rules, regulations, procedures and methodsUndertake other assignments when deemed necessary
