BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES:  Participates in all direct sales activities, works jointly with the entire Sales & Marketing Team with the primary objective to increase revenue to the hotel especially in rooms and banquet sector and other hotel areas.  The Sales Specialist is assigned to primarily work on accounts assigned to him/her within the given market segment by generating new business, by turning Key Prospect Accounts into Key Accounts and by maintaining existing accounts.
