We are a leading food industry that produces Pasta, Macaroni, and Wheat Flour established in 2001 E.C JOB PURPOSE An HR Manager, or Human Resources Manager, is responsible for overseeing personnel and daily operations of the human resources department. Their duties include hiring HR personnel, managing the hiring and on boarding procedures for other company employees and coordinating with members of their department to provide support to company employees regarding personal and professional incidentsPRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESObjectively review the organizational business processes; Ensuring employees follow all policies and proceduresAssessing reports provided by the HR team, team leaders and operations managers to determine employee performance and training needsSuggesting changes in policies and procedures based on employee and company needsResearching compensation standards set by industry and governing bodies in order to create salary structures and administer employee benefitsCreating recruitment plans, interview schedules and evaluation standards in accordance with HR methodologies and labor lawsSupervising all HR activities, communications, reports, requests and documents created and received by the teamAttending interdepartmental meetings with other managers Overseeing exit interviews and proceduresReporting to GMTerms and ConditionsWorking hours:- 48 hours, possibility of flexible working hours arrangements;Terms of employment: - permanent
